Two fragments of slag were found within T26. The first was found on the surface of Locus 16, the southern extent of the OC2/Workshop floor exposed in the southernmost extent of the trench. A single fragment of iron slag was found in Locus 19, the soil fill within the rectilinear cut in the floor adjacent to Locus 3. The small amount of plaster makes any interpretation of the presence of slag within the T26 2022 trench inconclusive, thought metal production is recorded within the eastern extent of the building.
