Description

An extremely compact layer of plaster which forms a flat surface that slopes from the south to the north. The compacted plaster formed a flat surface that is not level and slopes from south to north. The southern edge of the locus rests .12 m away from the plaster surface of Locus 2 and 6 but connects to the plaster surface of locus 14. Locus 11 is a plaster floor surface which functioned as the working surface of the workshop. The sloping edge of the plaster that formed Locus 11 is an intentional formation possibly associated with the construction of the building or with the lining of the depression to form a possible drainage feature.
