A.M.
A pick pass was done in the morning in the southeast corner of the trench in order to dry and find the darker soil. Soil was sorted into buckets, and an odd piece of bucchero was uncovered. As the soil remained mottled, another pick pass was completed in the same area and continued to be sorted into buckets. Th darker soil began to appear, and so once the soil from the pick pass was sorted, baulk walls were trimmed.
P.M.
Baulk walls continued to be trimmed. After scarping and sorting the baulk trim, a bronze ingot was found in the floor.
