Condition Broken through top of foot, near ankle; pitted and worn on surface; chipped at toe; appears to have been burnt.
Description This piece may be the mate to 19670410; many of the characteristics, both general and specific, are the same: e.g., the ridge from ankle to toe and the curved surface of the outer edge. The piece preserves most of the foot, but the ankle is missing. The underside of the toes is finished, but the rest of the underside is rough, bounded by an irregular ridge of clay.
Fabric Description Coarse clay with bits of stone and mica fired to a light orange on the exterior.
