Excavation in CA 28 continued with 7 workmen, 4 cutting a strip west in grids 16-18 NN-EE and 3 in grids 19-20 NN-EE.

The strip in grids 16-18 was cleared to the stone stratum (B). About 1/2 box of sherds were uncovered and 1/4 box of bone fragments. The pieces were of poor condition and were bolated. Four boxes of tile fragments, all small and worn were dumped.
