1N Continued lifting of tiles. 34 boxes dumped. Ground level was taken down to 40 cm. One nail was found near the E end along the wall. A piece of banquet frieze showing the center with well-preserved lebes-stand was found 1.85m N, 0.50m W.
1Q A new trench 1Q (see diagram, page 29 ) was laid out west of 1P along the wall. Topsoil was removed without incident.
