Agger 1
The cut was extended to 1.80m. in length over the wall, which was then shown to be 1.50m. wide, and only one course high with tiles forming part of the foundation. Thus the inside of the room is defined as 9.90m. long x 5.90m wide. One box of tile.

Section C Tiles were cleaned & lfiting of them begun. Found: 2 fragments of painted pottery, one with incised tongues at the bottom; fragment of horserece frieze (19680878), fragment

Section D
Fill continued to be removed. Found small piece of bronze, fragments of a water spout (19680598), lateral sima head, two rosettes, and two pieces of sima cornice.
