Finished the 20 cm cut begun in JK/17-18 and continued west through JK/16 bringing this area down to 60 cm. 1 box of mixed pottery and bone was found.
A 10 cm cut was taken in JKL/16 exposing another rock concentration. Work continued in L/16 cleaning down the rocks with hand tools. Tile fragments between the rocks became evident as the rock was cleaned. Minimal pottery was recovered.
A 10 cm cut was taken in JK/16 to further expose the extent of the rocks. No pottery was found - minimal tile found.
The only find for the day was 1 piece of moulded bucchero found in K/16 at 60 cm.
