July 23 Friday A.M. only

The trench was extended approx. 25cm deeper, exposing more stones - and bedrock in the Northern Corner of the lowest excavation trench around the stone feature.  The bedrock slants sharply down toward the south - not yet found to run into the stone wall of the feature.

The architect's level for the top of the bedrock now visible is 24.42 from the fixed point - ie. it is 5.5 meters deeper than the fixed point, and appox. 4.5 meters below the modern surface level around T-15.
