All finds have been found in Southern part of trench.  Later today we will pickaxe Northern and rest of trench to level and see if any finds are in the Northern and center part of trench.  No change to Loci as per Tony Tuck.   Still no sign of the yellowish color from the Northern part of the trench.

See illustration Pg. 53

A large pile of rocks were found about 50 cm from the S. wall.  They were not shaped and

do not appear to be architecurally significant at the present time.  Some ceramics and terracotta were found in between the rocks.  Traces of burnt wood were found in the Southern part of the trench.

A lot of bone was found in the southern area - so far 1/3 a latte box (1.5 e fruit juice box).

A pick pass was made on the western side of the northern side of the trench.  Northernmost area is yellow soil.  Center (left of stump) is brown.  The area appears to be sterile.

PM

While trowelling in the center left of the stump (west side) yellow soil (soft -clay-like) was noticed.  The northeastern side of the trench was pick-axed.

Baulk walls were work on.  Not much was found as far as ceramics and bone on the Northern/Center part of the trench.

More stones were found in the trench:
