P.M.
Since the balk P-R 65-64 was sloping, part of P-R 65 (western end) was taken down to 0.80m. Several pithos fragments were found and brought down to the magazzino. The larger pieces of tile and pithoi were left in situ. 1 cassetta of tile/plaster was removed and 2 boxes of pottery ( and a few bones) (coarseware, impasto but also a fair amount of bucchero and fine ware). The second cut into the plaster layer (depth 0.80-0.90m depending on the slope) was begun in P 64.
