The second cut into the yellowish-greyish stratum was begun. It was completed escept for Q 62-63. The stump in P 62 was removed. The amoungt of pottery increased, mostly coarseware adn impasto. 2 boxes of pottery, 1/2 cassetta of tile and a few fragments of plaster were found.

The second cut into the yellowish-greyish stratum was finished. The fairly large amount of pottery continued.

1/4 cassetta of tile, and 1 1/3 boxes fo mixed pottery (mostly impasto and coarse ware) and bone and tiny fragments of bronze were found.

The first cut into the plaster layer (see definition p.25) was begun (depth 0.70m). P 64 adn R 62-63 were excavated. Pottery (as opposed to the yellowish-greyish layer) increased  (mostly coarse ware and impasto, but also a few bucchero fragments). Several fragments of tile and plaster and pithos were found. The few pithos fragments found were

brought down to the magazzino check for joins wiht the fragments found in P-R 65. 2/3 cassettta of tile/plaster and boxes of pottery and bone were found.
