June 20, 1967

Work continued in trench A2.  Little pieces of tile were found in the east trench of about .25 m., and on the west trench at about .30 m. In the west trench a piece of storage jar was found in the south end of the trench, a sa depth of .38 m., and a curved terra-cotta fragment (possibly part of a water spout) at a depth of .40 m., 1.05 m. from the south end and .30 m. from the west side.

Also in the west trench, at a depth of .52 m., in the north end, a small piece of frieze was found.
