Troweling continued to level trench, define rocks, and find soil delineation. Soil sorted and cleaned. Rock feature cleaned, roots clipped, pictures taken of the feature. Troweling continued through rock feature and stones removed. Trench leveled all the way to northern wall. In western meter where stumps and roots are being removed, soil coming up the yellow soil type with small white inclusions. Very little material coming up.

Entire trench scraped to determine soil delineation between Locus 2 and yellow soil. Once defined, drawn on millimeter paper. Locus 2 soil remains in the northeastern area of the trench, approximately 1.5m x 2m area.
Pick pass done in the northeastern corner and along eastern wall in the Locus 2 soil. Soil sorted and cleaned, remains Locus 2 . Material medium amount. Area under stump in the northeast corner cleaned, soil undercut and sorted. Also Locus 2 . Trench covered with plastic.
