Continued cut in meters E126-127, S17-18. Soil continued to be consistent with descriptions of locus 17 and maintained that designation. The soil in E126, S17-18 was also characterized by a high concentration of tile fragments, particularly along the western baulk which runs parallel to the pre-existing dirt dump in m. E125, S17-18. In addition to tile, several fragments of plaster (1 with finished surfaces) and a piece of vitrified tile were recovered in this work. 1 latte box of ceramic and bone was found in this work.* Fragments of a fenestrated vessel (find #1) and a cover tile with interlocking lip (find #2)
*1 full cassetta of small-medium terracotta fragments was recovered as well.

During this cut several additional packed stones along the boundary of E127 &128, S17-18 were uncovered and included in locus 16.
The western baulk along the pre-existing dirt dump was trimmed. Twenty pieces of terracotta and 1 piece of ceramic were discarded.
