Civitate B1
A two-by-five meter trench was cut on a NS axis. Virgin soil was discovered throughout the trench at 30 cm; tiles were light, perhaps a quarter of a box - almost less than what was on the surface.
Civitate B2
Perhaps 30 meters north of B1. Also 2x5 and NS. Virgin soil at 25 cm. Tiles again light.
