Baulk walling continued in the southeastern corner and along the southern wall. All finds collected as baulk trim. Simultaneously, more definition done in the northern meter of the trench in order to reveal any more potential rocks in CA 72 connected with rock features in CA 70, 71, or 73. Soil remains consistent with Locus 2 , sorted and cleaned from the trench. Pottery, bone, and terra cotta recovered. During definition found a rectangular ceramic shaft.

Locus 2

Baulk walling completed over the area of the trench. Very few materials found including terra cotta, pottery, and bone. Definition of rocks continued through the northern area of the trench. Simultaneously definition of rocks along the stump in the southern baulk wall done. Few materials found below the stump, mostly thoroughly worn. During definition in the north, a strap handle fragment found.
