Description Locus 2 rests directly below the topsoil of Locus 1. Locus 2 consits of a light brown/yellowish soil. It is flaky and sandy in texture. There are very few roots and small stones present in this Locus. Locus 2 produced one bowl of tile and fifty-three ceramic fragments. No further investigation took place to see what surface Locus 2 rests on, following the discovery of decaying rock.
