Daily Log 13/7/16

VT-14 is a 3 \xbd x 2 \xbd meter trench off the southern baulk wall of VT-13 and the western baulk of VT-12 . Locus 1 was declared across the whole of the trench and will consist of all construction fill as determined in 2015. Locus 1 is a heavily compacted rocky fill with almost no soil, it is a purplelish gray color. Opening elevations and pictures were taken.

NW- 21.59W, 4.64S- 305.25 mASL

NE- 19.15 W, 4.91 S- 305.27 mASL SE- 18.40 W, 7.53 S- 305.23 mASL

SW- 20.84 W, 8.05 S- 305.20 mASL

The north half of the trench was excavated almost through the entire construction fill. Soil was shoveled and picked.
