Condition Paw with all edges finished with attachment scar for body preserved on top surface. Chipped at back left corner. Worn. Discolored black through burning.
Description Ivory animal statuette fragment consisting of right paw of sphinx (?) with three incised toes. Outer edge has beginning of a plinth. Attachment scar for body visible on top surface. Inner, back and bottom surfaces have faint rasp marks.
