Description This is an unsealed locus filled with extensive rubble and large amounts of collapsed ashlars.
Top (m) Opening elevation: - 0.62 m below Sub datum 71 E, or 899.54 m.
Location In the north of Trench 71, an extension to the trench.
Stage Description Second reuse. Evidence of industrial activity including burning and later architectural installations.
Phase X
Size Locus 18 originally extended 11.80 m-by-7.30 m — the whole of the westernmost sector of Trench 71. Subsequently it was subdivided and it measured 7.50 m east west-by-6.30 m north south.
