Phase X: Site abandonment post major collapse dating to the Byzantine period from the CE 4th to 5th c. Secondary destruction levels occur with the building of intercolumnar walls between the southern columns of the East Colonnade. Parts of the Lower Temenos are converted into areas for industrial activity including the use of the East and West Exedrae for lime manufacture. North of the West Exedra, a large raised platform is constructed from reused limestone and sandstone architectural fragments.
