Description | Small fragment of a flat thin handle approximately rectangular in section, has oval scar for attachment to a vessel on bottom of back, the rest of which is smooth. Has smooth, approximately flat sides, and relief-decorated tip suface: set in rectangular recess almost as wide as piece, is raised abstract design of central elaborated shaft conposed of triangles and flared sections, with three layers of volute-like sections extending from it to each side of rectangle. |
