Phase Description Phase Pre-Site Phase I: Early use of caves.
Description A loose and fine yellowish red soil (Munsell 5 YR 4/6) in an intentionally cut bedrock channel. A single piece of molded glass was recovered which is most certainly wash.
Location In Sondage 2, in the center of the sondage.
Stage Description Construction of the bedrock caves.
