Bonds to Locus 5.
Description Locus 16 runs between the east and west boundary walls of the trench (Loci 2 and 5). It was bonded with the west wall (Locus 5), with cement, and faced the north side of Locus 10. To its north, it extended to the south faces of Loci 11 and 14. It overlay the floor (Locus 12), with 0.02 m of white cement. The south face was comprised of three courses of dressed sandstone ashlars set in white cement. The north face was comprised of rubble set in white cement.

Underlies Loci 1, 7, 9.
Size 0.54 m north south-by-0.91 m east west.
Stage Description Construction of entryway between the settling tank and Residential Quarter.
