Description

Locus 16 is a linear stone feature composed of small to medium sized limestones. The stones, while linear, are placed irregularly. In some areas there are a course of stones resting on an additional course. The stones form a linear feature with 2 possible courses. Three of the northern most stones cover the compacted surface layer of Locus 17. Locus 16 is a possible architectural feature, most likely a small wall. The feature is built on top of the plaster floor surface found in Locus 17. This construction method is similar to that found in EPOC 4.
