Previous Work Kokten cites there is Neolithic (whihc we found as Chalcolithic) and EB, MB, LB, and Roman and Ottoman periods. Anadolu Marash Vilayetinde Tarihten Dip Tarhine Gidish. TAS X-I, p. 45 (1960) He put the Neolithic in the Marash Museum apparently. Bowls cf. KW 46:15, fish plate, local fine ware with slip both in and out Asa has a tag that he has drawn some of the Islamic, collection is quite extensive and possibly the site of an Islamic fort.

Setting Corn fields which may cover the outer town and site could well be larger
Site Description Steep-sided, flat-topped mound similar to Gecit H. in configuration, but higher. Possible fort outline on top Roll 8-4 view, east side, 5-top to w., 6-back to north from motor pump, back to s, from motor pump, 8 back to south to Yorgan H.

Collection Comments Early site with heavy late over burden good L. Roman and Hellennistic material.
