Description Fragment of ridge pole tile preserves part of one short edge, and, running up to back, broken edge are two protruding scarred sections of terracotta, apparently parts of an akroterion: one is now a long, raised ridge, while the other, shorter one is an elliptical section apparently projecting vertically from tile, and curving slightly toward the longer ridge - resembles a vessel handle. On top of tile below scars (on side of short scar), are traces of paint running horizontally up toward scars from broken long edge: now preserved are three thin white triangles with points toward scars - one set at finished short edge, and other two spaced 0.061 m and 0.042 m apart from each other.
