Title | Incised Bronze Vessel Rim Fragment |
Description | Fragment of a bronze vessel preserves a straight rim with a rounded lip. The wall decreases in thickness from the rim toward the break edges. Approximately 0.009 m below the rim is a pair of parallel incised lines, each 0.001 m in thickness and spaced 0.003 m apart. Below these lines is portion of an arched incised line. Below this line is where the fragment is thinnest and the wall curves both in and out, possibly approaching the attachment point of a handle. |
