Excavation continued in locus 2.  A pick-pass was carried out across the whole trench except for meters 42-43-E/53-55-S.  The whole area excavated was lowered approximately 5-20 cm.  The sides of locus 2 were trimmed.  Approximately 3 bowls of well-worn terracotta fragments were recovered.  Thirty sherds of pottery were found.  One broken tooth was recovered.  A piece of iron slag was made a bulk find. An iron fragment was made a special
