AM

Trimmed baulk walls, levelled locus 12 in meters S88-S89 E195, and further defined delineation of the tile spread in locus 13. A sheep or goats tooth was found in  locus 13 above the tile. Bipod photos were taken.

Elevations of trench corners, a large pan tile, large cover tile , and another cover tile were taken by the architects. Also, a plan of the trench was drawn. Locus 14 was created for the vessel inside locus 13, inorder to better track the material. The vessel was removed and also the slingstones from locus 11. Licus closed, left early due to rain.

15cm across N-S, 18 cm acroos E-W, 3 cm height on E half, 5 cm height on W half

description: Ceramic vessle situated in locus 13. It is almost completely intact for the walls anr rim, but missing the base. The vessel is in situ upside down and surrounded by terracotta fragments and possible other fragments to the vessel. However, only the vessel itself, whatever lies directly against the vessel walls, and what is inside the circumference are part of locus 14.
