The cut in C-D/68-70 was brought down to a depth of ca. 75cm. The soil was dark brown in color and contained a large amount of small rocks. In meter C-68 a thick layer of yellow, "plaster" soil was encountered at a depth of ca. 70cm. This yellow soil contained no rocks or tile and extended to the bottm of the trench to a depth of ca. 75cm. One cassetta of small pieces of worn tile and one-quarter of a box of coarse pottery were discovered in the dark brown soil.
