Two fragments of slag were found within T26. They were iron and recovered from Locus 33, which was a layer of roof collapse from the OC2/Workshop structure. The small amount of slag makes any interpretation of the presence of slag within the T26 trench inconclusive, though metal production is recorded within the eastern extent of the OC2/Workshop building.
