27 July 1968
Seven boxes of tile were dumped this morning. Thirty three pieces were excavated. Eighteen frieze frags. A small (app. 10cm long, 5 cm wide) terracotta ram's head was excavated in grid G13, strata C. It was damaged in excavation having been found wedged between stones and in a crumbly state of preservation.
