Work was continued on the SW cut, clearing and cleaning the wall which extends into that area. Two very delicate fragments of bronze were found in the NW corner (A11). Two more fragments were found in E11, four in E14. In E15 was a small terracotta ram's head, which fit a fragment of vase. Find #11a.

Later in the day work was resumed on the NW cut. Pieces of wall plaster continued to come up along the West end, large pieces of tile along the SW end. The cut was extended 1m. E along this SE end at 2m. width (Section 4).
