Resumed attempted removal of the three stumps in Locus 12 . The half of the stump closest to the annular feature removed. Half of the stump along the baulk wall with T 63 removed. A few small fragments of worn terra cotta and pottery found. One eighth of the largest stump removed.

Rain halted work in T 62.
