A.M.

Trimmed baulk and leveled floor in Z/15-14.  This work produced 2/3 of a latte box of pottery and bone, a bit of vitrified material with bronze oxidation, and 5 small fragments of tile and 20-30 bits of plaster.

Continued work in Y-Z/16-17 removing the area of the stone concentration.  Once the scattered stones on the surface were removed, there appeared to be fewer stones beneath, suggestiong a more stirred up stratum.  This worked produced 1 latte box of pottery and bone, a small bit of bronze, and 12-15 fragments of tile and plaster.

Continued this morning's work in both Y-Z/15-14 and Y/16-17.  The work in Y-Z/15-14 produced 1/2 latte box of pottery and bone and 10-12 fragments of plaster.  The work in Y/16-17 prdouced 1 latte box of pottery and bone as well as 15-20 fragments of tile and plaster, including one large fragment (10 cm) of plaster.
