In CA42 drawing of the east baulk (see p. ) containing the well wall was made by architect.  In CA42N finished 5-10 cm cut started yesterday through locus 11 and edges of the locus were trimmed and defined more clearly.  Locus 11 produced abuot 35 small tile fragments, 10 pieces of plaster, one full latte box of pottery and bone (many teeth).  Pottery volume seems to have dropped a little since yesterday.  Also a rocchetto with flat ends and broken into 3 fragments was found.

Photos of CA42 taken.
