Excavation proceeded in Trench 2G. Most of stratum B1 was cleared away and the greater portion of grid A1-A10 was cleared to bedrock. Nine boxes of tile were dumped. Plans were made for setting out a new trench (5 m wide x 10.70 m long) directly east of 2G to be labeled "Trench 2H."
