We continued the cut that was started yesterday. We continued the method of sorting the material within the trench using bowls.After each cut was finished, the floor of that area was levelled and another small cut was taken. By the time for lucnch break, the cuts were extended through meters 50S 167E, 51S 167E, 50S 166E, and 51S 166E. A large amount of bronze has been uncovered in locus 5 today and several fragments were made special finds.

Using the same methods from the morning, the cut in 51S 166E was finished and levelled. Another cut was made in 50S 165E and this area was completed and levelled. The trench was taken down to a depth ranging around 95 - 100 cm bd. From locus 5 today, we collected 1/2 cassetti terracotta and plaster & 1 latte box pottery. 30-35 fragments of amorphous pieces were alos recovered.
