Light olive brown soil uncovered on July 11 underneath locus 13 was designated locus 15. Baulks were trimmed and horizontal plan drawing of meters N 3-4 W 1-3 was made. Then locus 15, situated in N 3-4 W 1-2, 75 cm b.d., was excavated until sterile pale olive soil was reached. Material recovered from locus 15 included 15 bone fragments ( 3 teeth, partial sheep's jaw), and 3 red ware and 5 impasto fragments. Also 5 fragments of large coarse impasto vessel base were found.
