Today was Backfill Day.  All of T28 N was uncovered south of the retaining wall during the last two weeks for the architect to build his computer model of the South Slope.  All of the earlier parts of the trench, therefore, were backfilled.  After laying plastic across the floor and over the wall, c. 10 cm of soil was placed in the trench and over the wall and rock spill.  The trench was then filled with brush.
