| Description | Pithos fragments preserve portion of the broad, flat rim that turns downward to a thick, rounded lip. The rim is then slightly concave on the underside as it projects over the wall of the vessel. The interior edge of the rim is sharper, making a broad, continued angle with the interior surface of the vessel. |
