Comments (Primarily temporal or functional interpretations)
  • Shell midden (possible archaic to St. Johns period.) Coquina house constructed on top of mound (date unknown, standing as early as 1803). Used for dump starting in 1907.
  • Tesar examined aerial photos from 1943 and 1958 and concluded the site was a spoil area for sand from intercoastal waterway.
