Condition Broken off at both ends; surface lightly pitted.
Description Curved bucchero handle fragment is flat on both sides and on the concave inner surface. The convex outer surface is round in section at one end and flattens and broadens at the other. On the flattened end of the outer surface a design is preserved consisting of two parallel lines along each edge composed of a series of short diagonal hatch marks.
