Description | An unusually shaped impasto handle fragment. The fragment preserves an uneven curve in the body with a reticulated end. One side has an impressed circle with a raised dot in the middle at the apex of the curve. The circle has a diameter of 0.006 m and the raised dot's diameter is 0.001 m. The other side has an impression 0.005 wide and spans the width of the fragment. There is also a thin, deep impression near the reticulated end. The reticulated end also has a circle with a dot in the middle; although, it is less prominent and nearly flat. The diameter of this circle is 0.003 m and the interior circle's diameter is 0.001 m. |
