Regular oval shape, cut sides, cut on right, coin very worn. To be cleaned. Undetermined - probably Nabataean (Aretas IV, Meshorer types 88-92, version 2-16/18, no. 88). or Meshorer types 119-122, a little later, with one bust facing to the right on the obverse, and one bust on the reverse. Or possibly Hasmonaean (cf. Alexander Jannaeus, 103-76 BCE, type SNG ANS 5, no. 95 = anchor and Greek inscription/ star and Aramaic inscription).
