Condition Broken across one end. Chipped.
Description Fragment of a "cut-out" akroterion (?) preserving the end section of a member with two surface planes, two flat sides, one unfinished, one very smooth. The finished side has two surface planes: a wide top plane bordered along one of the curving edges by a narrow, recessed plane. Difference of level about 0.015 m. Three flat smooth joining edges: one is straight and forms the end of the fragment, the other two both curve concavely. One meets the straight edge at approximately a right angle, the other at an obtuse angle. For the shape of the fragment see 19670490.
Fabric Description Murlo terracotta fired reddish brown on surface and gray at core. Red slip preserved on all finished surfaces.
