Notes "cb" is a general designation for "core block'. All core blocks in the Sphinx Temple were numbered (1-177) on Ricke's plan in 1980, and assigned a type, A to H. Later, Lehner mapped each core block on plans of the Sphinx Temple and Khafre Valley Temple. Core blocks are shown in many photos and drawings, too numerous to list.
