Condition Broken on two sides, preserving base edge and edge in front of hoof. Hoof broken across top. chipped, surface cracks.
Description Hoof nearly entire, placed at top of gently curved tile. Cloven with deep groove 0.060 m long, chipped on right-hand edge 0.010 m from base. Probably cow or bull hoof.
Fabric Description Terracotta. Fine grain with few small chips of white stone and mica. Fired pale orange.
